Neuropsychological Testing
Neuropsychological testing and evaluations are personalized services, and fees vary depending on the referral question, age, complexity of concerns, and the amount of testing and interpretation needed.
For this reason, a brief consultation is required to determine the most appropriate evaluation and provide an accurate estimate.
Self-pay fee ranges:

Brief/Head-Injury/Pre-Surgical: $500 - $1,500

Baseline/Focused evaluations: $1,000–$3,000

Comprehensive evaluations or forensice cases: $3,000–$6,000
Bariatric evaluation rate: Self/private-pay rate is 500$.
Spinal cord stimulator or peripheral nerve stimulator: Self/private-pay rate is 500$.
Psychotherapy
My self/private-pay rate is $200 per 50-minute session, with a limited number of sliding-scale slots available upon request based on financial need.
For couples therapy my self/private-pay rate is $300 per 50-minute session, with a limited number of sliding-scale slots available upon request based on financial need.
